Adopt a Tree 3-year adoption plan

As an artisan producer of superior extra virgin olive oil, our mission is to bring our annual, very limited harvest, to consumers as soon as possible. Every year we manage to sell out our annual production faster and faster. Many returning clients asked us to send them our EVOO systematically and annually. This gave us the idea of starting an adoption program. Thus, we guarantee annual delivery of our limited production.

With a one-time order and payment, we guarantee home delivery of a portion of our harvest to you or as a valuable gift three years in a row.

Due to the success of this program, we are planting new young olive trees at Casa Astrid, with the intention that in time each tree will bear the name of their respective adoptive parents.

How it works.

In exchange for adopting an olive tree at Casa Astrid, you or the person to whom you offer this gift will receive 4 deliveries:

1. Just after your order: A welcome package with an Acqua del Subasio fragrance diffuser. (value 99€ + transport costs Benelux) and (if in stock when ordered) a gift package with Casa Astrid 3 Liter extra virgin olive oil, a refillable stainless steel bottle and a handy pour spout for this bottle *
2. Maximum 2 weeks after your order: A photo of the engraved wooden name plate with your chosen name via Whatsapp.
3. In December 2024: A package containing 3 Liters of extra virgin. (including transport costs Benelux)
4. In December 2025: A package with 3 Liter extra virgin. (including transport costs Benelux)

* If, when ordering an adoption, the limited production of extra virgin from the last harvest is already sold out, we will deliver just after the next harvest.

For every olive tree adoption, we provide for the planting of a new olive tree for the next generation. This way you not only provide a special sustainable gift but you also contribute to the tradition of (h)honest artisan extra virgin olive oil production.

The perfect gift

In short, adopting an olive tree gives you the perfect gift (for yourself or for someone else). You will receive our extra virgin olive oil for three years, delivered to your home immediately after pressing, (transport in the Benelux included).

You can choose when ordering whether you want the deliveries delivered directly to the person to whom you are offering this gift (inform the recipient that a gift is on the way, that way the delivery will not be refused when offered) When ordering, you can also choose whether you want to receive the first delivery to hand it over yourself.

For every tree adopted, a new sapling is planted for the next generation.

Every year we depend on what nature grants us and this both in volume and quality. In the unlikely event that nature should grant us very little or nothing, despite the care of our saplings, we maintain our obligations and deliver what we promised the succeeding year.
