The olives of this extra virgin olive oil with lemon were harvested in early November 2021, and are processed within a maximum of 8 hours together with fresh lemons from local farmers from Amalfi. The olive oil is stored in large steel vats airtight. These bottles are bottled and have a shelf life of at least until July 2024.
Casa Astrid produces a one-time limited volume of 1,000 liters of olive oil with lemon each year. We reserve months in advance to produce fresh lemons of the highest quality from our Italian farmer and partner in Amalfi. Both transport and production are, as far as possible, limited to once a year, thus contributing to less CO2 emissions. The extra virgin olive oil with lemon is available in 100ml and 250ml bottles, and in a 500ml refill pack.
The extra virgin olive oil with lemon obtained the gold medal on June 12, 2020 in Palmi, Italy, awarded by best olive oil sommeliers of the world.
