Our extra virgin olive oil is the result of carefully selected olives, harvested at the perfect moment and immediately cold-pressed. This preserves all the natural aromas, nutrients and full fruity character. It is a 100% pure natural product, without any additives, straight from the Italian tradition.

Why canned?
We deliberately choose canned packaging because it optimally protects the olive oil from light and air – the greatest enemies of quality and freshness. Moreover, cans are fully recyclable and easily stackable.

Each can is sealed with a small drop of liquid nitrogen (LN₂) at bottling. This immediately evaporates and displaces oxygen, keeping the oil protected from oxidation. This is how we guarantee maximum freshness and taste experience.
