The house spans across three floors interconnected by internal stairs, with additional entrances accessible from the exterior on two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find two suites with private bathrooms in each room, along with individual terraces for added privacy. There’s also a 3th bedroom with two beds and a television, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities, along with a guest bathroom.

Moving up to the first floor, you’ll discover a fully equipped kitchen, .Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 18 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there’s a spacious living room with direct access to the outdoor pergola area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A dedicated bar area with an ice maker completes the first-floor layout.

Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find two large bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom. These bedrooms offer a cozy retreat for guests seeking peace and comfort during their stay.
