Starter pack olive oil with lemon

This oil is not infused but pressed together: olives and whole lemons go into the press at the same time, so the essential oils from the peel go straight into the oil. The result is a fresh, refined oil with a bright citrus note, based on our extra virgin “Originale” from the estate near Assisi.

Delicious: over fish and seafood, with salads and grilled vegetables, with white meat or even over fruit and yoghurt.

What’s inside?

• 1 refill tin of olive oil with lemon (450 ml), sealed with liquid nitrogen
• 1 empty stainless steel bottle, light-tight and reusable
• 1 pour spout, for neat pouring
• 1 small funnel, to fill the bottle easily
• 1 silicone cap, to close an opened tin

Why an empty bottle and a tin?

The oil comes in a tin sealed with liquid nitrogen at filling, so it stays fresh until you open it. Then you fill the stainless steel bottle, which protects the oil from light. When the bottle is empty, refill it with a separate refill tin of olive oil with lemon. No more disposable bottles.

The pack comes in a cardboard gift box, which makes it a ready-made gift.
