Olive oil with lemon, 450 ml refill tin

For this oil we press olives and whole lemons together. The essential oils from the lemon peel go straight into the oil. After careful filtering, you get a pure, aromatic oil with a natural freshness. The base is our extra virgin “Originale”, hand-picked on our estate near Assisi. No artificial aromas or additives.

Taste and use

• over grilled fish and seafood
• with salads, carpaccio and grilled vegetables
• over pasta or couscous
• with fruit or yoghurt, for a surprising finish

Refill tin, sealed with nitrogen

The tin blocks all light, and when filling we seal every tin with a drop of liquid nitrogen. It pushes out the oxygen, so the oil stays fresh until you open the tin. The empty tin is fully recyclable.

To refill your stainless steel bottle

The refill tin is made to refill a Casa Astrid 500 ml or 750 ml stainless steel bottle. Store the tin in a cool, dark place, ideally between 15 and 17 °C.
