Extra virgin olive oil in a stainless steel bottle: that is what Casa Astrid stands for. This olive oil won gold at the New York International Olive Oil Competition 2023.

The olives are harvested early on our estate in the hills around Assisi, Umbria, and processed within 6 hours of picking. This gives an exceptionally low acidity of 0.22%.

Taste profile

Fruity and green in character:

• Aroma: fresh green olive, grass and olive leaf
• Taste: fruity, with notes of green almond and wild herbs
• Finish: peppery, typical of a fresh, early-harvest oil

Why a stainless steel bottle?

Light is the biggest enemy of olive oil. That is why we bottle in a reusable stainless steel bottle: completely light-tight, unbreakable and durable. You simply refill the bottle with our refill tins, sealed with liquid nitrogen for maximum freshness.

Use
