Extra virgin olive oil in a 500 ml stainless steel bottle
Our extra virgin olive oil “Originale” comes from our own estate near Assisi, Umbria. The olives are harvested early, picked by hand and processed within 6 hours. The result: an acidity of 0.22% and a gold medal at NYIOOC in New York (2023).
Taste profile
- Aroma: fresh green olive, grass and olive leaf
- Taste: fruity, with notes of green almond and wild herbs
- Finish: peppery, typical of a fresh, early-harvest oil
Why a stainless steel bottle?
Glass lets light through, and light damages olive oil. Our bottle is made of 18/10 stainless steel: completely light-tight, unbreakable and built to last for years. We seal it with nitrogen when filling, so no oxygen reaches the oil.
Refill instead of throwing away
Bottle empty? Refill it with a 450 ml refill tin or the duo pack. Using a lot of olive oil? The Tube 3 litre is the most economical choice. Prefer a bigger bottle? Choose the 750 ml stainless steel bottle.
Use
Best enjoyed raw: over salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, soup or fresh bread. Store the bottle in a cool place, out of the sun.
