For those who like some heat. We infuse fresh red peppers in our extra virgin olive oil “Originale” from the estate near Assisi, then filter the oil. The result is a clear oil with a distinct, spicy kick. No preservatives, flavour enhancers or added sugars.

Delicious: over pizza and pasta, with grilled vegetables and meat, or simply as a dip with bread.

What’s inside?

• 1 refill tin of olive oil with chili peppers (450 ml), sealed with liquid nitrogen
• 1 empty stainless steel bottle, light-tight and reusable
• 1 pour spout, for neat pouring
• 1 small funnel, to fill the bottle easily
• 1 silicone cap, to close an opened tin

Why an empty bottle and a tin?

The oil comes in a tin sealed with liquid nitrogen at filling, so it stays fresh until you open it. Then you fill the stainless steel bottle, which protects the oil from light. When the bottle is empty, refill it with a separate refill tin of olive oil with chili peppers. No more disposable bottles.

The pack comes in a cardboard gift box, which makes it a ready-made gift.
