Olive oil with chili peppers, 450 ml refill tin

We infuse fresh red peppers in our extra virgin olive oil “Originale”, hand-picked on our estate near Assisi. The oil naturally takes on the spicy, aromatic notes of the peppers, and is then filtered. No preservatives, flavour enhancers or added sugars.

Taste and use

• over pizza and pasta
• with carpaccio or bruschetta
• over grilled vegetables and meat
• in marinades and at the barbecue

Refill tin, sealed with nitrogen

The tin blocks all light, and when filling we seal every tin with a drop of liquid nitrogen. It pushes out the oxygen, so the oil stays fresh until you open the tin. The empty tin is fully recyclable.

To refill your stainless steel bottle

The refill tin is made to refill a Casa Astrid 500 ml or 750 ml stainless steel bottle. Store the tin in a cool, dark place, ideally between 15 and 17 °C.
