The extra virgin olive oil with garlic is an artisanal natural product with limited production. To produce this olive oil, an infusion is made with fresh garlic from Lazio. To ensure quality, we never add additional flavor enhancers, preservatives or sugars throughout the production process.This oil is bottled in a refillable and durable stainless steel bottle.By refilling this bottle back with the ecopack, you are helping to greatly reduce fossil fuels, energy, water and waste. The olives of this extra virgin olive oil with garlic were harvested in early November 2021, and are pressed within a maximum of 8 hours. Once the fresh garlic from Lazio is available , this olive oil is produced. The olive oil is stored in large steel vats airtight. These bottles are bottled and have a shelf life of at least until July 2024.
Casa Astrid produces a one-time limited volume of 500 liters of olive oil with lool each year. We reserve months in advance the production of fresh garlic of the highest quality from our partner in Lazio. Both transport and production are, as far as possible, limited to once a year, thus contributing to less CO2 emissions. The extra virgin olive oil with garlic is available in 100ml and 250ml bottles, and in a 500ml refill pack.
