Olive oil with basil, 450 ml refill tin

We infuse fresh basil in our extra virgin olive oil “Originale”, hand-picked on our estate near Assisi. The oil naturally takes on the fresh, sweet aroma of the basil, and is then filtered. No artificial aromas or additives.

Taste and use

• over pasta and risotto
• with tomato and mozzarella
• in salads and dressings
• over soup or grilled vegetables

Refill tin, sealed with nitrogen

The tin blocks all light, and when filling we seal every tin with a drop of liquid nitrogen. It pushes out the oxygen, so the oil stays fresh until you open the tin. The empty tin is fully recyclable.

To refill your stainless steel bottle

The refill tin is made to refill a Casa Astrid 500 ml or 750 ml stainless steel bottle. Store the tin in a cool, dark place, ideally between 15 and 17 °C.
